Dr. Iain Guest (Chiropractor) B.Chiro NZCA

Iain grew up in Wellington and spent many summer holidays on the Kapiti Coast. He attended Karori School and Wellington College where he captained the first XI soccer team and played representative level football across all age groups.
After leaving school he undertook a range of jobs from being an officer in the army to working as a game ranger in South Africa.
He returned to New Zealand in 2000 and enrolled as a student at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. He was actively involved in student councils and represented the student body at chiropractic conferences in New Zealand and Australia.
Iain is passionate about health and human performance and has a particular interest in working with families and athletes to help them to reach their potential.
Iain is married to Kelly; the couple have three children who keep them very busy. He is an ardent football fan and loves the outdoors. When he is not at Thrive or with his family he can usually be found coaching kids soccer, mountain biking and occasionally hunting in the New Zealand back country. He has completed many of New Zealand’s great events from the Lake Taupo cycle challenge , run the Rotorua marathon, the Goat adventure race, the Kiwi Brevet Mountain Bike Race, the Moonride 24 hour mountain bike race solo in (3rd place, 2015), the Pioneer mountain bike race and bike packed the length of New Zealand. He’s always planning another adventure that involves a bike or tramping boots in our wonderful country.

Dr. Kelly Guest (Chiropractor) BSc. (1st class Hons), B.Chiro, NZCA

Dr Kelly Guest graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic with academic excellence and clinical awards in 2002. She also holds a First Class Honours degree in Neurophysiology from the University of Auckland (examining the relationship between brain activity and joint movement).
After graduating, Kelly opened a successful boutique practice in a Contours Gym in Auckland. She particularly enjoyed the gym environment and her work with women, pregnancy and children. After four years she set out on a belated OE - travelling with husband Iain through Southern and Eastern Africa.
Kelly is a proud Northlander and spent time growing up in Fiji before her family returned to Whangarei. She was a talented high school hockey player and represented Northland in age group teams.
Outside Chiropractic, Kelly is passionate about her children and family. She coaches a number of school age hockey teams and is a keen sportswoman who enjoys running, mountain biking and team sports. Other passions are: reading, spending time with friends, movies and cooking delicious food using local produce.

Dr Ollie Lee (Chiropractor) B.Chiro NZCA

Dr Ollie Lee grew up in the northern suburbs of Wellington and graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in Auckland.
Ollie has always been exposed to chiropractic, as his mother started seeing one to help with back pain from carrying him as a baby. She discovered how chiropractic was not only useful for pain, but helped her navigate all aspects of daily living- leading to both of Ollie’s parents having been under regular care his whole life.
Ollie has experienced first-hand how chiropractic can help people get the most out of their life and excel at the things they do and love. He is passionate about human health, performance and the incredible ability of the body to adapt and change so people can reach their goals.
Outside of chiropractic, you can find Ollie lifting weights, running, enjoying some weekend basketball and trying to find the next best thing to eat in town. He is also keen into music, and is the 3x national New Zealand Beatbox champion. In 2026 Ollie also ran his first marathon in Taupo.
Ollie is thrilled for the opportunity to be part of the Kapiti community and is dedicated to supporting you in all of your health goals- big or small!

Katie Ford - Chiropractic Assistant

Katie immigrated to NZ in 2001, and moved to Kapiti in 2005, with her husband and 2 children, and joined the Thrive family in May 2019. She has worked as a Health Insurance Customer Services assistant, before going on her O.E. and moving into IT, although always keeping a hand in customer service.
Katie enjoys meeting and helping the Thrive clients and watching them benefit from the Chiropractic care they receive.
Katie has managed and coached school netball, touch and hockey teams but more recently has been concentrating on regenerating native bush and planting fruit trees on her property, which her 3 dogs think are great obstacles to run around.
